Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on the goods ordered and their destination. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard US delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days after processing. International delivery is estimated at 2–3 weeks after processing and varies by destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier or customs delays may extend delivery times. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to keep you updated.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders processed through Managed Markets with delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping, applicable duties and import taxes are included in the price or collected at checkout. You should not be asked to pay additional duties or import taxes on delivery for these orders. Tax treatment varies by destination; review your checkout total before placing your order.

For destinations where duties-paid shipping is not supported, duties and import taxes may instead be payable before or upon delivery. If a carrier requests unexpected import charges for a duties-paid order, contact corporate@blaqpopgod.com for assistance.

Damages

We inspect all goods before they are shipped and ensure that all products are packaged safely and securely. blaqpopgod is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We advise that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
